How long will my order take?
Orders take between 4 and 7 days to fulfill and ship to you.
Is there a minimum order size for wholesale?
Yes - at this time, to qualify for wholesale ordering, you must meet our $100 minimum.
Can I request a sample before ordering?
Sure! That can be done on our Faire page. Just be sure to provide all requested info so our team can approve your sample request!
Can I customize my wholesale order?
You can absolutely mix and match different kencko products when placing a wholesale order. If you have a specific request that doesn’t appear to be available via our Faire page, you can reach out to our customer experience team at wholesale@kencko.com
What are kencko’s wholesale prices?
For wholesale customers, we charge $8.25 for 4-packs of smoothies and our starter packs, which include our reusable bottle and a smoothie.
Are there any additional discounts available?
If you’re new to Faire, you’ll get a $100 credit and 1 year of free shipping when you sign up. Even if you’re an existing Faire customer, you’ll be able to take advantage of free returns on your first order with kencko, plus 60-day payment terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept payment made via debit card, credit card, or bank account.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our freeze-drying process greatly extends the shelf life of our products - smoothies are good for 6-12 months from purchase (consult best by date on packaging for more specific recommendations.) That makes them ideal for stock management - what other kind of organic produce keeps that long?
